The Bank of Mauritius (Bank) invites tenders for the sale of one (1) van on an “as is” basis with the following specifications:
Vehicle is in good running condition and has been serviced since new at Toyota workshop.

CONDITIONS
- The vehicle may be viewed during office hours on appointment only by phoning on 260 5281.
- Tenders must be accompanied by a banker’s cheque representing 5% of the tender value. The banker’s cheque will be realised and enforced immediately by the Bank upon acceptance of the offer and the amount thereof will be forfeited if the purchase is not finalised within 15 days of acceptance. Cheques accompanying offers which are not accepted will be returned to the unsuccessful tenderers.
- Tenders in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “Tender for Van” on the left-hand corner and addressed to the Chairperson, Tender Committee, Bank of Mauritius, Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis, should be deposited in Tender Box B of the Bank, located in the Banking Hall, by 15hrs00 on Wednesday 25 March 2026.
- Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
- Tenders should be valid for a period of 60 days from the closing date.
- The Bank of Mauritius does not bind itself to accept any tender received, nor will it assign any reason whatsoever for the rejection of any tender.
- Staff of the Bank of Mauritius and their relatives are not allowed to participate in this tender exercise.
