Query on shutting down of chilled water system
“Whether the BOM would be agreeable to complete shut-down of the chilled water system for several months (estimated to be about 5 months) during the winter months in particular, to enable the proposed chilled water pipe works.” |
The Bank is aware of the challenges associated with this project. Unfortunately, the chillers cannot be turned off except during overnight and weekends to allow welding works and the connection of pipes to the chillers. |
