Members of the Public are hereby informed that BanyanTree Bank Limited has been acquired and recapitalized by a new shareholder with effect from 15 October 2021.
Accordingly, the appointment of Mr Mushtaq Oosman as Conservator of BanyanTree Bank Limited will terminate as at midnight today 15 October 2021.
The Bank will issue further notices regarding the start of operation of the bank and the way forward.
