1. The Bank of Mauritius (Bank) invites “Expression of Interest” (EOI) from eligible and qualified applicants for the provision of System Integrator (SI) services for an IT Transformation project at the Bank of Mauritius, as more fully described in the Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) document.
2. A complete set of the Request for EOI document in English can be downloaded from the Bank’s website at https://www.bom.mu.
3. Applicants may send questions, if any, by email to secretary.office@bom.mu or write to The Chairperson, Tender Committee, Bank of Mauritius, Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis, Mauritius, by latest Tuesday 22 November 2016 at 16:00 hours (Mauritius time). Responses to questions, if any, will be published on the Bank’s Website at https://www.bom.mu by 29 November 2016.
4. EOIs must be deposited in the Tender Box B at the address below on or before Tuesday 6 December 2016 up to 16.00 hours (Mauritius time) at latest. Electronic submission shall not be permitted. Late EOIs will be rejected. EOIs should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the words “Expression of Interest – IT Transformation project” clearly marked on the top left-hand corner and addressed to:

5. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any EOI and to annul the current exercise and reject all EOIs without thereby incurring any liability to any applicant or any obligation to inform applicants of the grounds of its action.
