Invitation to Bid: Instant Payment through API (Relaunch)

The Bank of Mauritius (Bank) invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the supply, installation, implementation, customisation, interfacing, training and support services for an Instant Payment Service through API.

2. The project work shall include:

  • Supply and installation of the core and support software to carry out the functions of an Instant Payment Service through API as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP)
  • Operational, performance and security testing
  • Full documentation including but not limited to operational, administrative and backup procedures
  • Training for the Bank’s personnel and system participants

3. A copy of the RFP may be downloaded from the Bank’s website, https://www.bom.mu. Prospective bidders must submit valid contact details at the time of download for notification purposes.

4. Responses must be prepared and submitted as prescribed in the RFP and addressed to the Chairperson of the Tender Committee of the Bank of Mauritius. Bids must be deposited in the Tender Box or sent by courier services at the address below no later than Thursday, 14 June 2018 at 15h00 local time. Bids received after this date will not be entertained. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Hard copies of Technical and Financial Proposals should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes as per procedures described in the RFP.

5. All envelopes shall clearly be marked as “Instant Payments through API” on their top left-hand corner.

6. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers submitted in response to this advertisement without assigning any reason whatsoever.
