The Bank of Mauritius is engaging in a “Coin Exchange Campaign” with the objective of encouraging the public in general to put back into circulation coins in their possession which are lying idle.
The Bank of Mauritius invites the public to seize this opportunity to exchange their idle coin holdings on our counters during weekdays from 09.30 to 15.30 hours.
The cooperation of the public is kindly sought to separate their coins, denomination-wise, prior to calling at our counters to facilitate this exercise.
