The UK-based Middle East and Africa (MEA) Markets Magazine has conferred upon the Bank of Mauritius its African Business Excellence Award as ‘Best Financial Services Institution 2019 – Mauritius’.
MEA Markets is a quarterly publication dedicated to ‘researching and publicising the major economic moves and events as they happen across the entire Middle East & Africa region’. The magazine is a window on ‘one of the world's most powerful, innovative and influential business regions, and home to countless leading firms across numerous fast-moving industries, the Middle East & Africa’. The publication plays a prominent role ‘in shaping what happens throughout the wider global corporate community’.
The MEA Awards have been launched ‘to bring some much needed recognition and exposure to those firms which are shaping […], not only their industries and regions, but the global corporate community’.
This year’s African Business Excellence Awards winners have been selected following a rigorous and in-depth nomination, voting and judging process, carried out by the publication’s network of global industry experts and in-house team.
