Awareness Materials

As part of its Awareness Campaign, the National Sanctions Secretariat has developed a series of awareness materials which are accessible on its official website (https://nssec.govmu.org).  These awareness materials, as placed hereunder, provide practical guidance to assist reporting persons in better understanding and fulfilling their obligations under the United Nations (Financial Prohibitions, Arms Embargo and Travel Ban) Sanctions Act 2019 (Sanctions Act) as well as enhance awareness of the national sanctions framework among stakeholders and the public in general.

 

Videos

A series of short videos, available both in English and French, has been produced by the National Sanctions Secretariat to understand what the Sanctions Act is and how to comply in practice. These videos may be accessed at the following link:
