Addendum/Clarifications: Supply and commissioning of 110 units of Laptops

We refer to the RFP for the “Supply and commissioning of 110 units of Laptops”, launched on 28th August 2026 and further to a query raised by potential bidders, we wish to provide the following addendum/clarification:

To consider reducing the bid validity period from 90 days.

 

The bid validity has been revised as follows:

 

“Bids should be valid for a period of sixty (60) days from date of submission.”

Whether it is possible to submit an alternative processor configuration which we currently have in stock and can deliver within the requested delivery timeframe.

Section 3 (a) of the RFP:

“Bids not conforming to the specifications and failing to provide the required details shall be rejected.”

The verification mechanism that will be adopted to ensure that all equipment supplied under this procurement is delivered with genuine and properly licensed Microsoft Windows 11 Pro.

 

Whether the Bank will require a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) or an equivalent Microsoft-approved means of establishing the authenticity of the Windows 11 Pro license.

 

It is the responsibility of the supplier to demonstrate that a Windows 11 Pro license is genuine.
