On 23 July 2008, the Bank of Mauritius (Bank) issued a Money-Changer Licence to Unit E Co Ltd.
Unit E Co Ltd has changed its name to FX Market Edge Limited as per the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name issued on 23 June 2023.
The public is hereby informed that a new Money-Changer Licence has been issued on 28 July 2023 in the name of FX Market Edge Limited. Consequently, the licence issued in the name of Unit E Co Ltd stands cancelled.
