INVITATION TO BID
1. Tenders are invited for the supply to the Bank of two electric stand-on pallet trucks.
2. The specifications can be downloaded from the Bank’s website https://www.bom.mu.
3. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Bank at 10.30 hrs on Wednesday 24 October 2012. Prospective bidders are requested to confirm their attendance at the pre-bid meeting by calling on phone no. 202-3881 or 202-3922 by 22 October 2012 at latest.
4. Tenders should be inclusive of VAT and all charges for delivery of the pallet trucks to the Bank.
5. Tenders in sealed envelopes, clearly marked “Tender-Pallet Trucks” on the left hand corner and addressed to

should be deposited in the Tender Box of the Bank, located in the office of the Secretary of the Bank, by 12.00hrs on 31 October 2012, at latest.
6. Tenders received after the closing date and time will not be considered.
7. The Bank reserves the right to:
i. Accept or reject any tender;
ii. Annul the tender process and reject all tenders at any time prior to the award of the contract.
