Members of the Public are hereby informed that in view of the Torrential Rain Warning issued by the Mauritius Meteorological Services, the Bank of Mauritius, with the approval of the Vice-Prime Minister, Minister of Finance and Economic Development, hereby declares today Wednesday 13 February 2013, to be a bank holiday under Section 63 of the Banking Act.
The Bank Holiday shall take effect as from 13.00 hours today.
