Further to the communiqué dated 31 July 2008, the Bank hereby announces that Easy Change (Mauritius) Co. LTD has been permitted to commence operations with effect from 22 May 2009. The principal place of business of the company is at Shop No. 6, Max Plaza Building, Royal Road, Pereybere.
