The Bank is circulating a draft “Guideline on Supervisory Review Process” for consultation.
The draft guideline can be accessed through the menu item “LEGISLATION, GUIDELINES AND COMPLIANCE”, sub-item “Basel II Implementation”.
Comments and suggestions, if any, on the draft guideline may be communicated to the Director-Supervision, Bank of Mauritius, or emailed at nsvishwanathan@bom.intnet.mu on or before 24 October 2008.
The Bank will thereafter finalise the guideline in the light of feedback received, in consultation with the industry.
