The Public is hereby informed that, following the amalgamation of Cim Leasing Ltd with Cim Finance Ltd with effect from 1st October 2008, a Deposit Taking Business Licence in the name of CIM FINANCE LTD has been issued to the amalgamated entity, in replacement of the previous licence in the name of CIM LEASING LTD, which stands cancelled.
