We refer to the RFP for the “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a Clean Agent Fire Suppression System for Electrical Rooms at the Bank”, launched on 29 September 2026 and wish to provide the following addendum/clarifications:

As per the BOQ, only one (1) fire suppression panel has been specified. However, during our site survey, we noted two (2) MLV rooms, located on the Ground Floor and Mezzanine Floor, respectively. Considering the above, we understand that two separate fire suppression systems, each with its own dedicated control panel, will be required, one for each MLV room. Kindly confirm whether we should proceed with our quotation based on two separate fire suppression systems instead of the single system specified in the BOQ. |
Two (2) separate and independent Fire Suppression Systems shall be provided, one for each LV Room, specifically the LV Room at Ground Level designated as Electrical Room No. 1 and the LV Room at Mezzanine Level designated as Electrical Room No. 2. The corresponding provisions in the Bill of Quantities are identified under Item 3.1 and Item 3.2, respectively.
The two (2) Fire Suppression Systems shall be provided with its own control panel and remote indication panel, as specified in the RFP. The corresponding provisions in the Bill of Quantities are identified under Item 5.1 and Item 5.2, respectively.
